Absolutely horrible! STOLE/REPLACE phone parts! Went there to see if he could fix my water damage phone and he said give me 30 minutes. He couldn’t fix it and when I went to a different place I found out he stole my battery, cameras, motherboard, and anything useful on my phone and replaced it with fake parts. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Just had them replace the backing on my phone for $100. I now have a dead pixel on my screen and my flashlight color is distorted and the shut off for the flashlight is delayed which wasn’t an issue when we gave it to him. While it was being repaired previous customers had issues with their screen that the employee replaced and he refused to fix it. Not a good sign when he’s in the middle of fixing our phone. Really not good. I had a tablet needing screen replaced. Guy said $200- cool it will be ready in an hour. 3 hours later he broke the new screen and will need to order another and it will arrive in 3 days. 7 days later screen arrives so I bring in the tablet and first dude Is an hour late to his booth with food he had picked up.
