Disgraceful treatment of a pensioner! My Dad took his iPad in before Christmas. They had it nearly 3 months before Dad received it back. Every time he chased it up he was fobbed off. My Dad was asked to pay by putting in his account details on a phone which was described as the company phone. My Dad declined to dothis and then paid cash. Dad was extremely upset and frustrated by the terrible treatment he had received. We will be reporting to trading standards.
