Absolutely excellent service I had a great experience with iRent Miami! The rental process was smooth, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and in excellent condition. Made a reservation yesterday morning. Showed up today when they opened in the morning at my res time and was told another customer extended their rental, so they had no car available. I'm not sure why they have the option to extend if there's another reservation pending. Low car inventory.
