Great experience - friendly, responsive staff, excellent value on the vehicle. They even drove us back to our hotel when we returned the car. Would definitely recommend iRent in Sunny Isles.
The staff was super helpful and friendly and gave us an amazing deal on a Mustang convertible, which is something we never thought we'd be able to afford! They made us feel very comfortable and at home in a city we were unfamiliar with. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, and if we come back to visit, we will be sure to go back to them!!
I was looking to rent tye cheapest car possible. An was offered a medium size car initially. The boss told man at desk to give me the mustang for 5 bucks more then a regular rental. I'm sure this doesn't happen often but definitely was taken care of for my stay. And to say the least I am beyond happy with my service Here. Today's date 1/26/24
