I’ve had a really great experience at Universal Occupational Medicine thanks to Nancy and Lorenzo. They are always kind, respectful, and genuinely caring every time I come in. On January 20,2026 during my visit to the clinic, I was treated in a manner that I found to be disrespectful, inappropriate, and discriminatory. I am a returning private pay patient and I never experienced this inappropriate behavior from this facility.
