Yesterday was my second session with Corey @ Ireland Physio. I am learning quite a bit about how to improve my strength and control heading into surgery. She has given me numerous exercises to prepare myself and explains how and why they will assist me. Very impressed with the quality and value that is provided in these sessions.
Stephanie is a very kind and friendly physiotherapist. She is a knowledgeable professional, and always treats her patients with respects. she explains things clearly and pay attention to details. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a manual physiotherapist.
