My first experience with physiotherapy for a sore shoulder, and I was really impressed. Steven carried out a thorough assessment of my range of movement and provided exercises to start strengthening my back and improving my posture. He also made helpful recommendations for a more ergonomic office setup. The shoulder taping gave me immediate relief, and Steven also recommended a scan to investigate further.
