We originally used iRefund services to refinance our home loan. After a few years we went back to them when we realised we needed a bigger home for expanded and extended family. John has been super helpful throughout this daunting process. Our journey hasn't been simple as we've changed plans a number of times and ended up buying land and a house separately and John has been a great resource throughout the entire process, but most importantly - he got us a great variable rate even though we're both self employed which severely reduces our loan options.
