Mom in law called a week ago on the 20th of June to make a reservation for transportation to a dental appointment. All preliminary paperwork was completed and entered into the computer. Imagine her surprise and anger when no one showed up to pick her up because they "have no record" of her reservation? Really? I know people make mistakes, but when the elderly have no other recourse but to depend on agencies like this then somebody needs to up their game...just sayin.
