This in to all IRD because I don’t know who to direct this too I have waited 42 weeks for my Donation and Tax refund. I am entitled. Sue emailed me a letter for my Donation, but I haven’t got it. It was for a past donation. Every time I regularly complain calling IRD and emailing, they say it’s in the process? I’ve complained to Complaints, nothing Ombudsmen, can’t do anything? Asked to escalate, nothing Stop telling me it’s with the team, it’s in the process, its system generated It’s your staff! They have failed and caused... read more
They quickly took care of everything I needed when I couldn't do it online. The clerk was very kind, willing to help, and accommodating, even just a few minutes before closing time.
