I was charged with public intoxication for a DUI conviction. The prosecutor wanted to revoke the 30 days of probation I got for the DUI. Ira got me volunteer work for the public intoxication and it was later dismissed. After the case got dismissed the motion to revoke those 30 days was withdrawn and then Ira got the public intoxication expunged.
Ira represented me in a DUI. He was able to get my case amended to reckless driving and even got me traffic school so I didn't get any points. I would recommend Ira to anyone charged with a crime.
I had plans to attend law school but9 I got charged with possession of a Xanax without a prescription. I was facing the possibility of not getting into Law School if I was convicted. Ira worked out a deal where I plead guilty but if I did a drug awareness class and didn't have any violations of the law for six months I could get my conviction set aside and dismissed. I did what I was told and my case was dismissed and expunged.
