I had a wonderful buying experience with IQ. When I found that they sold the equipment I was looking to purchase, I called and spoke with 2 individuals. Both were knowledgeable, polite, and extremely informative. When I arrived at the store, as soon as I told them what I was looking for, they addressed me by my name and knew exactly what my needs were. Very bad experience. Ordered front mounted auxiliary contacts 140M-C-AFA11 on Jan 20, 2026. I was specifically mentioned that I need the part by Jan 28 I was told the part will be delivered in 3 to four business days. Requested tracking info on Tuesday but informed that part is not yet shipped. I requested cancellation as IQ Electronic failed in their commitment and later Wednesday tracking info was sent but USPS show no confirmation of the ordered received . I had been wanting a McIntosh for a while and was perusing the various websites to purchase my dream. Then I remembered IQ Entertainment. I walked into the store to look around and I encountered Sean, who (like everyone there) was kind and engaging. He answered all my questions and even gave me lots to think about.
