I had been wanting a McIntosh for a while and was perusing the various websites to purchase my dream. Then I remembered IQ Entertainment. I walked into the store to look around and I encountered Sean, who (like everyone there) was kind and engaging. He answered all my questions and even gave me lots to think about. It would be difficult to overstate how good my experience with IQ Home Entertainment was. I had purchased a Marantz AV8805A via their listing on Amazon and it turned out to be defective. After working with Marantz's tech support for over a week to diagnose the issues, they determined it needed to be sent back for repair. Because it was a discontinued model, regardless of whether they repaired or replaced it, I'd end up with a refurbished unit. I didn't like that idea and called IQ to see if they could help. Price and quality was excellent. Receiver arrived like it was brand new in excellent condition. (Open Box) Great quality and price don't usually accompany each other when talking about Hi Fi or AV equipment... I would highly recommend it. I now regularly check their site for deals. Not that my bank account likes that approach! 🤦♂️
A great experience from start to finish with Sean Brewer. He and his team were super supportive in selling me SVS Titans. No pressure or hard sell at all but rather, kind, professional, patient and considerate on every level. Would highly recommend IQ Home Entertainment.
