I upgraded to some new Klipsch Forte IV’s and Sean had a great price on the pair I was interested in. Great company to do business with. I found them when surfing the internet and have seen them advertise listings online. I submitted a request for more information on a sale item on their site. I submitted it before they were open that day. I got a response later that morning from Sean Brewer, the general manager. I had a couple of more questions so I gave him a call. I had a wonderful buying experience with IQ. When I found that they sold the equipment I was looking to purchase, I called and spoke with 2 individuals. Both were knowledgeable, polite, and extremely informative. When I arrived at the store, as soon as I told them what I was looking for, they addressed me by my name and knew exactly what my needs were.
