It would be difficult to overstate how good my experience with IQ Home Entertainment was. I had purchased a Marantz AV8805A via their listing on Amazon and it turned out to be defective. After working with Marantz's tech support for over a week to diagnose the issues, they determined it needed to be sent back for repair. Because it was a discontinued model, regardless of whether they repaired or replaced it, I'd end up with a refurbished unit. I didn't like that idea and called IQ to see if they could help. Price and quality was excellent. Receiver arrived like it was brand new in excellent condition. (Open Box) Great quality and price don't usually accompany each other when talking about Hi Fi or AV equipment... I would highly recommend it. I now regularly check their site for deals. Not that my bank account likes that approach! 🤦♂️
A great experience from start to finish with Sean Brewer. He and his team were super supportive in selling me SVS Titans. No pressure or hard sell at all but rather, kind, professional, patient and considerate on every level. Would highly recommend IQ Home Entertainment. I consider myself very fortunate to have come upon Sean, Johnny and Scott with IQ Home Entertainment in the City of Fairfax. I was looking to add Stereo Subs to my modest audio system and these gentlemen hooked me up. The rare combination of Knowledge, Friendliness and Price I found was amazing. I found an outdoor TV on ebay at the best price and realized they were local. Even took more off the price since I picked up. After setting the TV up and did not quite work the way I hoped and they sent someone out the next day to trouble shoot and was a fairly easy fix for them. I will be buying all of my TV and stereo equipment from them from now on!
