Great company to do business with. I found them when surfing the internet and have seen them advertise listings online. I submitted a request for more information on a sale item on their site. I submitted it before they were open that day. I got a response later that morning from Sean Brewer, the general manager. I had a couple of more questions so I gave him a call. I had a wonderful experience buying audio components from IQ Home Entertainment. Last year, I bought a pair of high-end speakers, and recently an AV processor. In both instances, I couldn't have possibly asked for a better buying experience. Sean Brewer is absolutely amazing to work with. I will be back buying additional audio gear.
I had a wonderful buying experience with IQ. When I found that they sold the equipment I was looking to purchase, I called and spoke with 2 individuals. Both were knowledgeable, polite, and extremely informative. When I arrived at the store, as soon as I told them what I was looking for, they addressed me by my name and knew exactly what my needs were. Very bad experience. Ordered front mounted auxiliary contacts 140M-C-AFA11 on Jan 20, 2026. I was specifically mentioned that I need the part by Jan 28 I was told the part will be delivered in 3 to four business days. Requested tracking info on Tuesday but informed that part is not yet shipped. I requested cancellation as IQ Electronic failed in their commitment and later Wednesday tracking info was sent but USPS show no confirmation of the ordered received .
