Great company to do business with. I found them when surfing the internet and have seen them advertise listings online. I submitted a request for more information on a sale item on their site. I submitted it before they were open that day. I got a response later that morning from Sean Brewer, the general manager. I had a couple of more questions so I gave him a call. I had a wonderful experience buying audio components from IQ Home Entertainment. Last year, I bought a pair of high-end speakers, and recently an AV processor.
