Nothing but incredible service. Tavo and Kaitlin are great and have phenomenal customer service. Banks services and protocols also exceptional. Very clean and sharp looking facility. Would absolutely recommend.
Their customer service is always incredibly fast, friendly, and helpful. Anytime I have a question, they explain everything clearly and make the process so easy. I also really appreciate how personable everyone is, they actually remember you. Setting up an account was quick and simple, and I’ve continued to have great experiences with them ever since. If you own a business, do not bank with this credit union. In the few years I’ve been with iQ, it has been nothing but hassle after hassle. Every check I deposit, even after going through hundreds of thousands of dollars, is held for a week. Every transfer takes days, and they refuse to increase transfer limits, so it can take months just to make complete distributions. Closed during 12:30-1pm daily. Came in my lunch break to open up a simple checking account. Dude was up front switching the sign to “closed” just as I was walking in. “Please come back after our lunch break”. What kind of bank closed in the middle of the day?! OnPointe credit union across 99w made it happen for me and doesn’t have such ridiculous lunch policies. You lost my business.
