Kaitlin welcomed me as a new member a couple of months ago. The personal attention she has provided me ever since has been fantastic .She’s so personable and genuinely helps; also very knowledgeable. Tony was also extremely helpful with unwinding fraudulent charges, patient and determined to solve a complicated problem. With resolve, he solved my issues. I am very grateful I joined IQ as a newcomer to the area.
My girlfriend McKenzie Holroyd has worked for IQ for over 10 years and she referred me to this credit union. I couldn't be happier! Member Advisor Tony Cuarteros set up my account, he's the man!
