Only great experiences so far with IQCU! Don't let the 1_star reviews scare you off. Most of them reek of attitude on the part of the customer and I can't imagine they're all the fault of the staff. Case in point - I came in a couple weeks ago for a cashier's check. Emily welcomed me the second I stepped through the door from across the branch. She was nothing but helpful and a delight to work with! Thank you Emily for your kind and helpful service!
This branch sucks! The people that work at this location are rude and not at all helpful. They won’t even take the time to try and help. My family has been banking here for years but will now drive to other locations.
My banking choice. IQ Credit Union serves 3 generations of all of my families banking needs from mortgage and auto loans to credit cards. Excellent service.
They don’t even let you put zero starts because that’s how much they suck! Me and my wife have used it for years unfortunately. This bank is nothing but a huge scam! The people in there sucks they as well not helpful. They don’t know noting about banking all they know if to fill tabs. This bank sucks
