The bank system made a auto payment with my money that I never wanted and now I cant get my money back, BS!!!!!
Horrible customer service. Running hard inquiries with no intent to get you a loan.They take advantage of the elderly. Dont bank here. Takara is rude.
Only great experiences so far with IQCU! Don't let the 1_star reviews scare you off. Most of them reek of attitude on the part of the customer and I can't imagine they're all the fault of the staff. Case in point - I came in a couple weeks ago for a cashier's check. Emily welcomed me the second I stepped through the door from across the branch. She was nothing but helpful and a delight to work with! Thank you Emily for your kind and helpful service!
This branch sucks! The people that work at this location are rude and not at all helpful. They won’t even take the time to try and help. My family has been banking here for years but will now drive to other locations.
