Awful experience trying to get support after seeing fraudulent activity on my account. Really disappointed after more than 10 years as a happy member.
I went to do a dispute they forced me to do it on the app didn’t even teach me how to do it properly. My card got hot carded in the process. She did not show an interest in taking care of my needs or double checking to make sure that my card was able to work. I will be going to a different institution. If I were you guys I’d go to on point or even peak credit union.
Love this credit union. But when business cant help out by being human anymore, I move my business elsewhere. It was a good run while it lasted.
Went to IQ when I moved here. Nothing but great service. Staff is always friendly. Tina helped with everything setting up accounts.
