They were informed of fraud activity by a business and didnt inform me as a customer until a week later after, letting my account be drained of over $500 in fraudulent activity. They sent me a new card when they were informed of fraud and didnt cancel my old card OR contact me in any way. They stated that sending the new card that was their way of informing me. In your case, we received a notice that a merchant you visited had a data breach, so we sent a new card as a precaution and sent you a written notice about the breach. At the time of the notice and reissue, the credit union was not notified of any fraudulent activity charged to your account, so we did not block the card immediately to not inconvenience you. Absolute WORST online banking app EVER! I have guards set up to not over draft so when I see money available in my account 5-7 WHOLE DAYS A*TER PAYING MISC BILLS AND I DECIDE TO USE MY CARD *OR GAS OR WHATEVER HOW IN THE * DOES IT OVERDRA*T A*TER SHOWING THE SAME BALANCE *OR 5 DAYS WHEN I HAVE LITERAL GAURDS SET UP TO NOT OVERDRA*T!???? They could easily implement a overdraft fee forgiveness like Columbia credit that allows you to get the fees reversed as long as your account goes positive before 6pm on the same day the overdraft fees occurred. They are banking on these fees to keep the lights on. They are absolutely rude over the phone and have no understanding of the current *************** and they are not keeping up with consumer needs Hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees so they can buy plaid outfits and keep Sasquatch on contract.

I got scammed $400. They blocked all access to my account FOR MYSELF. I had recently moved, but kept this bank because I assumed I'd be back in a year. They didn't care, they basically assumed I scammed myself and treated me as such. Even when I verbally asked them if they thought I scammed myself the response was "well, we have to treat all fraud cases the same, I understand you're upset you were scammed but until you're in good standing, we have to freeze access until you prove your account is stable" I cried on the phone ... read more

My husband and I joined IQ Credit Union before they acquisitioned Columbia Credit Union. Since the acquisition, customer service has deteriorated every year. I cannot count the number of times we have set up automatic payment for our car loan and be in good standing, only to get a past due notice within months (it does not matter that there is money in the account). When asked, I am told either that there is no record of this being an issue or that we have only had automatic payment for x amount of months. After the latest "... read more

Been with this credit union for about 40 years. Opened some savings accounts about 4 or 5 years ago to match any money they, my grandkids put in, I'd put in. These accounts were tied to me for managing, balancing and everything else associated with bank accounts. Went in to print to PDF, 2 of the account balances and all of sudden no access. These technical folks changed it so my grandkids could sign in but I no longer can sign in. Of course, my grandkids never sign in. They don't even know how much is in the account.
