Really need expanded hours or a location further north. I have been with iQ for for almost ten years and have had issues making it to the bank before they close after moving to Kelso. Do not want to change banks but I almost have to make that decision due to not being able to make it there before they close each day.
Started and closed an account on the same visit. It should be explained to potential members BEFORE they sign you up, that the Credit Union will be holding your Paycheck for 9 business days (aka 2 weeks) before releasing the funds.
My fiancé and I just recently opened up a joint account at IQ credit union in Ridgefield, WA after banking with traditional banks for years. We have had the greatest experience working with Natalie and would highly recommend this credit union for anyone looking for an amazing experience. Ten out of ten recommend.
