Brought my bike in for for new tires and my brakes I had none.sent Chris some parts by mail.after that he told me about three weeks it would be done.he seemed very nice at first.then after three weeks I called.no answer I called everywhere answered. no answer.left messages each week for six months Finally Chris answered the phone.i asked Chris why is it taking so long.he jumped down my throat like a rabbit virus. Took my bike in for a tune up and thought I would have them replace a broken Presta valve core at the same time. Called after a couple of weeks told by owner that he worked alone and hadn't gotten to my bike yet. Third week went by and I called and he told me he would put my bike up next. Picked my bike up a day later and he replaced the entire tube giving me some line that the broken core could have been a sign of a broken seal and so he decided to replace the whole tube instead.
