Sean, Izzie and Brooke were just so lovely and professional. Had a horrendous time settling a property and they made the process so simple and calm. They even dealt with some unexpected emotions from me so sensitively. Their work was quick and professional. Highly recommend and will use this firm again in the future.
Lots of hidden fees that once are realised they put the blame on the customer for not reading the fine print. The one staff member I had the misfortune to deal with was arrogant and dismissive. Would definitely not recommend.
We used IC for selling a property. Everything went through easily, even though we had a difficult buyer. Happy with the experience and would use again.
Terrible experience. You could never get anyone on the phone, office staff had no idea. The first conveyancer had no clue , couldn't answer questions properly, gave incorrect advice. Absolutely useless. The second one that we were given a day before settlement just never bothered answering any of our questions at all. We have money missing that we are waiting for someone to help with and no response. We have used many conveyancers in our time and this would be the worst one to date.
I worked with Rosie on the sale of my apartment. I found Rosie to be professional, quick to respond, accurate in advice, and friendly. I live overseas and Rosie took dual time zones in her stride. I’d happily recommend!
