I am so happy with the service Brian provided today. I had a battery issue and my phone wasn't backed up so I was really worried about losing all the photos and videos in my phone of my late husband. It's been a pretty stressful couple weeks trying to figure out what to do. Geek Squad told me they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't wipe my phone due to their contract agreement.
