The experience was disappointing received essentially no service. The advertised menu was not available because the system was down. The waiter said he won’t be back because the system is down and just like that they pocket the experience you didn’t get.

I’m leaving this review after trying to address my concerns directly with IPIC. I submitted a complaint more than a week ago and also left a message, but I have not received a response. My wife is pregnant, and we chose IPIC for the comfort and in-seat dining experience, despite the premium pricing. Unfortunately, this visit did not provide the experience we expected. This place has really gone down hill the past six months or so. The menu has been dramatically shortened to very simple, overpriced items, the service is very slow, the elevator didn’t work to go up to level three, and their credit card system was down. The food and picture quality of the films was not amazing. The popcorn is very different and bland. It doesn’t even feel like you’re watching HD and certainly not the lack of quality you’d expect in a movie theater. Overall not worth it, and we will look for other options.
