When the food came out my wife fries wwwre cold. I talked to 3 people and 40 minutes later I ask to talk to the manager, who never came out to talk to me. My wife and I drove one hour here because of the awesome service we received at prior visits. I had to miss some of the movie chasing down hot fries that we actually got when the movie was almost over. I am not sure what happened to this place, but they have lost to this place, but my family and I will NOT be back.

I recently went to a 10pm showing of a movie on April 23. The lights were still on as I was getting settled into the dining area of the theater, I saw a MOUSE crawl near my seat and, it went in between one of the seats in front of me. I immediately got up and left. Gratefully they gave me a refund, but I hope that they get a thorough pest control inspection of the venue ASAP.

It would have been better if they fit the projection onto the screen because tell me why I watched Project Hail Mary and there was a good 20% of it on the wall. I asked one of the employees to see if they could ask the projectionist to adjust it and they said it'll be fine once the previews finish airing. Yeah, no they never fixed it. Disappointing one off.
