It wasn’t my first time at this theater, but it might be my last. The tuna wrap I usually order smelled and tasted off. They were out of every mixed drink on the menu, with only beer and wine available. At the front desk, we were told blankets are now only available to “premium” members. I want to recognize the theater manager for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Due to a new company policy, there was a situation that could have easily been frustrating, but the manager handled it with professionalism, understanding, and genuine hospitality. Rather than simply citing the policy, he took the time to listen, explain the changes, and ensure we had a great experience.
