I had a great experience at iPhonefix Cardiff! The staff were super friendly and patient. They provided excellent service and helped me smoothly activate my giffgaff SIM card and complete the number transfer. Everything was done quickly and without any issues. Highly recommend this shop!

Visited shop to get a replacement battery for my iphone 12 Pro. Chose shop based on review rating. Staff very friendly and polite After market battery caused lots of issues - wouldnt charge fully, causing phone to freeze and reboot over 30 times in 24 hrs. Took phone back and they agreed to replace battery which may have been faulty. Whilst replacing the battery they broke my screen and replaced this at no charge with an after market screen. Something tells me my phone will now pack in and needs to be replaced. Total waste o... read more
