Very disappointing experience. I brought my phone in for a screen repair, but after the repair the power button no longer worked and the screen was still damaged. When I raised the issue, I was unable to get a refund or a satisfactory solution. Instead of taking responsibility, I felt blamed for the problem and was treated unprofessionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would suggest looking elsewhere for reliable phone repair services.

This business was listed as open at 11. When we got there the door was locked , dark and no answer when we knocked .sign on the door said open at 11am . It was noon , nobody there. So his response was so rude asked me if I knew how to read . Said there was a sign on the door saying they were out of town . That's B.S . I had people with me and we specifically looked for something to tell us where they were . Sounds like someone I'll never do business with . I guess I'd respond by saying bad way to run a business . Incredibly helpful and honest. I called to make an appointment about an issue I was having and they actually advised me to check with my provider about insurance/warranty first. They could have just taken my money for a service but this interaction left me feeling appreciative of their honesty. I will absolutely recommend them for services.
