Took my Apple Watch in for a screen repair I had dropped and shattered the screen and brought it in and the service was perfect, the shop is clean and well maintained and the repair it’s self took only a few hours, the gentleman who did the repairs and I spoke with was friendly and professional plus compared to what apple was going to charge me, much better and definitely affordable. 10/10 will recommend :)
Never replied to my query about an appointment. It’s been a few weeks now. Deicide to try a walk-in but they weren’t open. Weren’t open the next day either. Asked a shop next to it when they would be in. They said they don’t know how they stay in business because he just shows up whenever he wants. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. P.s. it’s funny how 6 missed calls and two appointments won’t work but one bad review and all of a sudden they can communicate.
