I'm from out of town. Googled local repair shop, waited for them to open according to google, pulled up and open sign is on, but door is locked and lights off. Paper sign taped to the door says by appointment only. You'll continue to loose business this way. Horrible experience.

I think the reviews may be written by the company? They have been playing around with "unlocking" my son's cell for over TWO MONTHS now. My son had to leave for a trip out of the country and needed the cell for that trip, they said they could do it in three days without problems. He called, and they said they needed a week. A week went by, checked & they said it would be two weeks. So my son called with a different cell, on his vacation and they told him a MONTH.
