I just got off the phone with Henry after a two minute call. He was not able to fix the situation with my first generation iPod, but he was very pleasant and offered many suggestions where I might find the help that I need. While he was not able to fix my particular issue, he was as helpful as could be with respect where I might find someone who could.

Replaced the screen on my 12 pro max. I was a little worried about getting an aftermarket screen, but it’s totally fine. Would recommend.
