Horrendous service. Was told the repair would take one/two hours, job started at 10:30, received the phone at 4pm, way too slow for a screen replacement. The Indian lady Sara was condescending and dismissive of our complaints, after we finally received the phones, I saw two cracks appear on my screen without dropping the phone at all. The same day of the repair. In one instance the screen popped out of the phone, they didn’t used adhesive strips.
