Pathetic Service. Lodged a case against these guys with the South Australian Consumer and Business Services. Partner took in the Ipad for repair because it broke down after they fixed it first time round. They refused to repair it even though it was still under warranty. They took 4 weeks to do an assessment so that the warranty would lapse.
Lady was so lovely to help us fix our grandmas phone. Really lovely service
