Screen protector was put on wrong. Was promised a free protector swap once mine failed. I went in for the free swap, was told I'd have to pay again. Case broke within a week. Won't be going back, lies and deceit.
Stopped at the location, but the business was closed
2/7/2023 This clown who works their was on the phone for over 5 minutes speaking in some foreign language, when there was a customer. This young man cost this company money and business. Never make a customer wait. I would not recommend this Mall business and fire the employee who is probably a family member.
Although they are no longer located in this mall they are at 908 n Dobson in the Walmart now, I still received excellent service from them. The first screen installed had some issues and they immediately ordered a new screen and got me taken care of. This will be the business I take all of my device repair needs to in the future. Highly recommend!
Easy and great service. Very friendly and quality of screen was great!
