We were trying to fix our iPad, and they first told us that they needed to check it but didn't tell us that they were going to charge for that. After finding the trouble with the iPad, even though we said not to repair it, he was asking us to pay for his services. If they had told us they were going to charge at first, we wouldn't have done that. Be careful; it was a ripoff.
