Tommy came out to our home today and he was thorough, patient, kind, professional and very helpful. We are switching from our current pest control company and moving to iPest! Thank Tommy for all your help!
Tommy was punctual, listened well, performed excellent work, was clean and courteous. Delightful to work with!
We paid over $500 and was told from Kaitlyn the inspector at the time to not worry about paying the $50 payment every month on top of just paying $500. That she would come every month and whenever needed. We have been dealing with rats still and physically seeing one today. The service she provided was not completed. I would not recommend ipest!
