I got a loan in 2021 and put up cat w title to secure the loan. I paid the loan out in March 2022, and was told the title would be mailed as soon as the payment was processed. Now it’s May and I have no title yet. I go into bank and the loan officer is hanging on to it, it was overlooked! Yeah right!! I will never do business with them again!! Loan officer is a SNAKE!!!
