Bad meat. Steaks are cut way too thin. The steaks are mechanically tenderized and still very tough. I made new York strip the same way as I do with any other steak ie from Costco or anywhere else and the iowa steak company was as tough as a really cheap piece of meat. I cannot recommend to anyone the price is high, the quality is garbage. They say they dont add anything yet the steaks and everything have several preservatives. Awful “customer service reps.” Rude, pushy, trespassed on property. Also pretty sure this is a fake company. Stay away!
This guy stopped at my place. Same speal as you guys report. Glad I didn't buy.
We bought a box of steaks from a traveling salesman and tried the ribeye Delmonico steaks that were thin, tough, grisly. We are very disappointed
