Bank tellers very helpful & polite.
They cut my debit card up. After they called my bank to let them know I left it on the top of the ATM. I called them today to let them know I was going to pick it up. They informed me that they cut it up because apparently my bank told them to cut it up. I called my bank and they informed me that no one said that on their end. I'm assuming because I used to bank there they decided to cut it up. Unprofessional. This confirms why I left iowa state bank in the first place.
