Work sent me to Sioux City and I needed quarters to do laundry Bank First refused to exchange $10 in bills for a $10 roll of quarters because I’m not a member. Why does an exchange of cash for cash require regulating?
I have had this bank for several years there has been at least three times a bunch of debit cards got compromised so everybody had to get new cards this is a very big inconvenience a lot of time a lot of stress having to call multiple places to give new card numbers and new access after this last time I'm switching banks

Amazing customer service, never had any problems. I go there every Friday and greeted with a smile. A lot of these one star reviews seem to push that these guys are bad, when really they just don’t read the agreement. Best bank I have ever felt with!
