Liz and Tammy provided outstanding customer service working with me to try to find the right headstone that could be available by by a certain date. Their replies were almost immediate and so kind, which was greatly appreciated as we get used to the loss of my father. Like others, we live out of town and so finding Iowa Memorial Granite Company was a blessing. I would highly recommend.
After dealing with a couple of other Iowa companies and not liking the way that they treated me I finally found Iowa Memorial Granite Company. My husband and I had a great experience with Iowa Memorial Granite Company. Heather and Polly were very helpful and kept us informed regarding the process of the stone installation. My family has used this company for many, many years.
After five or so years of deciding on a memorial stone with Polly and Randy, who were very great to work with, then, there was a change of ownership, then our order fell apart, the stone was lost maybe laying a backyard somewhere, they weren't sure. Then they said we need to pay thousands more to have the stone placed, that was included in what we had paid originally.
