My husband and I had a great experience with Iowa Memorial Granite Company. Heather and Polly were very helpful and kept us informed regarding the process of the stone installation. My family has used this company for many, many years.
I worked with Liz English on 4 headstones and a flat marker on a family plot. Both she and the Company were great on this somewhat difficult project as I was doing this from Colorado for placement in an Iowa cemetery. I couldn't be more pleased.
Liz and Tammy provided outstanding customer service working with me to try to find the right headstone that could be available by by a certain date. Their replies were almost immediate and so kind, which was greatly appreciated as we get used to the loss of my father. Like others, we live out of town and so finding Iowa Memorial Granite Company was a blessing. I would highly recommend.
After dealing with a couple of other Iowa companies and not liking the way that they treated me I finally found Iowa Memorial Granite Company. I want to say that Liz English made the process of finding the right headstone for my parents easy and painless. I live in Florida so Liz helping me long distance was a blessing.
