It was such a relief getting Iowa Family help us care for our loved one when it got to be too much for us to handle. While it has only been for a short time our family has been sooo grateful for their assistance!

Best thing to happen for my family was finding Iowa Family Assistance. The staff was extremely helpful, and the supervisor was pleasant and easy to talk to and understanding and kind with the situation we were facing. Highly Recommend!!!!
Do not work for these people. Do not bring your clients here for services. They tell independent living clients what they can on their own time and with who. Who they can call during a shift. Who they can associate with during a shift. Outrageous rules and they never even give you a rule book to begin with! Very controlling! As an example no phone usage with a client during a shift! Just find somewhere else! There are way better companies out there!
