With the interchange closed all summer you should be putting some additional seats at the temporary interchange. I am handicap and use the bus daily. You need to do better for your riders
Takes an hour to go 3 miles. Has to be the worst transit system in America.
Customer service reps are just as useless as the transportation system. If you know, you know. & if you don’t, you’re blessed.
