Takes an hour to go 3 miles. Has to be the worst transit system in America.
Customer service reps are just as useless as the transportation system. If you know, you know. & if you don’t, you’re blessed.
Gross and disgusting
Whats going on with there times. There schedules dont even match anymore. The bus is either late or really late. Went from 7:35 to then 7:40 then sometimes it'll be 7:50. Especially transit 1 i never see it on time in the morning anymore.
