I know someone that stays there who leave for several days to go smoke Crack and drink alcohol. That's unacceptable to let that go on. The few times I went to check on him. The staff was rude it was chaos. The smell of urine and body oder was overwhelming. A man stood in the middle of the hallway and urinated and had bowel movement and the staff acted like they didn't see it. I couldn't leave fast enough and haven't been back. Do not put a anyone let a lone a loved one seriously!!!

Disappointed by the impoliteness of staff during an attempt to try to find placement for a patient. Intake person was angry that I had called more than once to get a hold of her, gave me their central intake number and then hung up on me without explanation. Very unprofessional and unfortunate as I was just trying to find urgent placement for a patient. Don’t recommend.
