Predatory, they withhold double the amount for annual property tax. 360k loan and they are taking almost $ 800.00 a month for tax... how does that make sense? Called them and they had some excuse about estimating changes to the tax rate. It's BS, I hate them. Refinancing soon to get rid of these trolls
They make you reset your password every 6 months for your “safety”. Maybe your site isn’t as secure as you think if we have to reset our password every 6 months. Also you can’t use the same past 5 passwords. So every 3 years is when you can use an old password at which point they most likely have sold your data on previous passwords making them then actually compromised. They sent me a paper statement in the mail asking for the incorrect payment amount due by December 1st, not taking into account the new monthly payment due to escrow shortage. I paid the amount shown that I was billed for, not knowing that it was incorrect. They then slap me a late fee for a check they'd had 2 weeks prior to the December 1st due date, for the exact amount I was billed for, payment stub included showing that I paid the exact amount they asked me to pay.
