Got an horrible experience with the bank, they turned off my auto payments and reported credit bureaus as discrepancy. They don’t want to call credit bureau and mention it’s their mistake , AVP Sydney Tharp doesn’t like to accept their mistake. They don’t have any one time payment options. Please avoid this mortgage company if you can. They doesn’t like to take feedback, and no feedback form.
Can’t make mortgage payment because it won’t let me log in
I could not have been more pleased with Iowa Bankers and especially Elizabeth Dorr. Recently, we had a "first." We had 2 mortgages and a bridge loan. During the closing of one of our homes, the 2 mortgages were paid off instead of one of the mortgages and the bridge loan. This meant a lot of backtracking had to occur to retrieve the mortgage and pay off the bridge loan. All was accomplished in one week's time. Such a relief. I want to share that my experience with IBMC was excellent! Everytime I called I would have great customer service from everyone I spoke with! They all were amazing people/company for almost 20 years for me! Now my home is paid off!
