Apologizing for the cowardly realtor who shot a dog is totally unprofessional. What coward struts into a potential home sellers residence carrying a gun? It’s not like Shenandoah Iowa is a high crime area. Hope the dog recovers. Advise people NOT to hire the coward who comes into your home and shoots your dog .
Great organization with great people. Working hard to increase the professionalism of the licensed Realtor in Iowa and at the same time, advance and protect the rights of real property ownership.
They have this 'circle the wagons mentality that helps one if one is an agent. But, it you're on the other consumer side, you realize how little teeth they show against local agent shenanigans. Caveat emptor is the name of the game.
