I was supoenaed by the Iosco county prosecutor for a trial that was scheduled for 9 am on a Friday. On Thursday late afternoon, I heard that the case had been pleaded out, so the trial was canceled, yet I never received a phone call to let me know I wasn't needed any longer. I had to call his office to ask if I was still needed. When I called, they tried telling me that I was supposed to call in the morning, yet the supoena I was given said nothing about calling.
