I can't say enough good things about my Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) sessions at iON Health + Performance with Matt McCallum. The FST itself has been crucial in providing relief from my chronic pain. Matt's expertise elevates the experience even further and I appreciate his advice on stretches I can do at home to reduce stiffness. Also, his positive energy is contagious.

I've been seeing Sam for a couple years now for various issues, but mainly migraines. I have been to other massage therapists, but the pain always came back within a day or two. My migraines have definitely decreased since seeing Sam. I can't recommend her enough!! It's a bonus that her dog is adorable and keeps my kiddo company while I'm there!
Cannot recommend Dr. Ben enough. I have been to iON Health & Performance to see Dr. Ben only a handful of times, and he's made a world of difference to my back pain and hip mobility. He takes the time each session to get to the root cause of my pain. I started to see amazing results with regards to my pain and mobility in only two sessions. I appreciate that he uses various techniques and personalizes my treatment plan accordingly. Cannot thank you enough for getting me back on the golf course so quickly, Dr. Ben!
