Went to this bank for the first time today to cash a check, and was frustratingly disappointed in the fact that I had to wait 20 minutes for them to CALL the person who wrote the check for verification, even though I provided a social security card and a license. Remarkably inefficient, inexplicably slow, and enough to prevent me from ever opening an account in this bank.
