I've used this bank for decades now; back when it was called Providence Bank. I love how their workers get to know you and welcome you personally when you go inside, or through the drive thru window. It is one of the few banks left that have the non overly corporate feel to them where you actually feel that they are happy to have your business. I have banked with Inwood for over 6 years - the customer service here is un matched!!!! Everyone I've ever dealt with has been so helpful resolving any needs I've ever had, answered my questions, One lady even stayed late after work for me so I could get my deposit in that day! They are the best!!!
My grandma used this bank for years. She'd never go anywhere else. I grew up coming to this bank with her. The tellers knew her well and would always ask how she was. They would send lollipops through for me, or my younger sibling when I was grown. These people were always the most courteous, patient, and kind people.
