My experience with Inwood is horrible. Shelly herself was decent when things are fine, however as soon an issue occurred instead of helping she undermined, gaslighted and manipulated me and my wife. Additionally she didn’t even help in the situation after failing to respond until a day later.
Inwood is always friendly and super helpful. I have been baking here for over a decade and their service is unmatched!
So grateful to be taken care of by Briel. She always goes above and beyond to serve. Personal service that is top notch and completely unmatched. She and Courtney treat you like family (in the best way). This is not a transactional bank that doesn’t care about your hard earned money, they care and come to work to serve their customers needs.
