Love their customer service. The employee even went out of his way to suggest another dress from another store in the mall that suited my description. No need to say that he is now my go to guy and that I buy as much from him as I possibly can! He also follows up through email to ensure full satisfaction!
Call to confirm they're actually open. Either inacurate hours or they closed the store before the advertised time. It's Saturday before 6 pm and the hours say they close at 6:30pm. Door closed and lights out.
Contrary to the two reviews here, I had a wonderful experience at InWear today. I was in a rush but on a mission to complete a look I had in mind, using a shirt I had purchased elsewhere earlier that morning. The salesperson greeted me as soon as I walked in and wasted no time to make excellent suggestions. Love this brand and loved discovering their boutique today!
Just left this boutique after my very first visit ever... Zero greetings upon entering AND leaving. I literally walked pass by them. They definitely SAW me. Zero assistance or courtesy to ask if I was looking for something in particular. Employees are extremely happy to chat about their lives with a friend. Now I know why this boutique has barely any customers. Bravo! Don't waste your time and shop elsewhere for better customer service.
