What has happened to customer support when problems need to get fixed.
No phone number to contact them omg
I was told this summer by a customer service rep regarding invoices: "emails with: gmail and yahoo do NOT necessarily go through to the customer". Not that they were going to spam-they simply never receive them. Here we were thinking our customers were not paying--when in fact they Never Received a bill from us!!
