Incredible experience!!! Helped so much with my anxiety and PTSD! SO GREATFUL FOR YOUR HELP!
In my first session, Matt helped me change the way I thought about some junior high experiences. Recalling these experiences used to bring back a feeling of anxiety, the kind I felt as a kid. But now I don't view those experiences in a negative light, and thinking about it doesn't cause anxiety. Matt taught me about the subconscious mind, and how hypnosis is a tool that can make lasting change in my life, and more quickly than conventional counseling.
I went to see Matt Rowely for weight lose and have lost 62 lbs so far, BUT he has helped me with so much more than that. He has helped me to release some childhood issues and traumas. Matt is easy to talk with and is understanding of any issues I want to work on. I have done my research and he is very reasonably priced for his services. Thanks Matt you are a superstar in my book!
