"Do not deal with this company." I spoke with someone who claimed to be the accountant regarding there energy management account. and the experience was extremely unpleasant. She was rude from the beginning, refused to let me speak with the owner, stating, "I make all the decisions, not the owner," and abruptly hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Have the call recorded as well.
