Wow, Rowell provided such a positive experience. He patiently led us through the 7 step process, explaining things clearly as questions arose. He was super attentive and quick to reply… I actually felt bad as we were asking him questions at all hours and he always seemed available. I hope we didn’t interrupt his dinner or family time!
