We filed an amendment to our 2017 taxes when filing our 2018 taxes in March. It is now July, and despite several calls and voicemails, Mr. Ashby has yet to provide an update on the amendment, provide us with our 2018 documents,n has he returned our 2017 file. I have called five times and left voicemails with each call, but to no avail. Based on the total lack of communication after he got his initial payment, I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
My wife made an appointment to discuss tax-related questions. Unfortunately, Invictus was a ‘no show’: the door was locked, she called the phone number and left a message, but never received a call back.
