From the initial evaluation/ assessment, I could tell Dr. Jeff Denning was different. I had never been to an initial evaluation, and the provider took 1.5 pages of notes and passed the allotted appointment time because he wanted to understand my issues better. In previous years, I have had nagging lower back pain issues that were exacerbated when playing golf. In 2024, I played great golf initially, but then the pain started, and I couldn't fully recover. Instead of recovering in a few days, the issues persisted for months, ... read more

Back at the end of Oct 2024 I had rotator cuff surgery to repair a full thickness tear of the supraspinatus muscle of my right shoulder. My surgeon made it clear that I was to wear a sling and do only minor exercises for a full six weeks after the surgery. At that point I could begin PT, initially working on regaining my range of motion, then rebuilding the strength in the arm. I’ll note up front that I’m 77 years old and in pretty decent physical condition. About a year prior to my shoulder injury my spouse had a knee joint... read more

Jeff is sensitive to what I’m feeling and adjusts appropriately. Shows interest in my concerns, works both sides of my body to keep everything strong. I like that includes weight training into the rehab process.

I unfortunately injured my elbow through overuse while doing Crossfit. One day it was fine, the next day I couldn't lift anything heavier than 3 lbs with my arm. I bought a brace and continued to try to exercise, but the strength just wasn't there anymore. I tried to push through it for months. It didn't get any better. A friend suggested I should go visit Jeff at Invictus Rx. I was hugely skeptical, like he could really do more for me than I was already trying to accomplish? But truly, I'm so grateful I tried it. Jeff has b... read more

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about his work and is so helpful at every step. He really listens well to the issues you bring to him to provide the best solutions. In my personal case, it was a shoulder issue of not being able to lift my arm very well. He gave me simple exercises to repeat and that problem went away quick. I can't recommend him enough. He's so helpful no matter how simple or complicated the problem. Patience is a really valuable asset to have and he's got it in spades.
